Interesting but I think the level design needed to be a little more fleshed out or perhaps something didn't load in during my playthough, I wasn't sure what to do after getting to the minecart section. I was just left there and not sure if I was supposed to turn back or get into the cart but I wasn't able to interact with the cart

Looks really cool but controls didnt work for me on both edge and firefox :( Ill give it a go on stream today to see if anyone has ideas!

Really interesting concept - too see beyond the perspective of what they know and from the perspective that others don't.

I wasn't able to figure out how to answer the phone call - but text based adventures are always fun! Keep at it! I'd love to see some artwork for the game soon!

This is a really cool concept! I feel like the current control layout could be a little more intuitive, and I could imagine this being a game that utilizes the mouse to quickly switch colors on your while with a click and drag or hotkey using mouse controls on the wheel. I fount it a bit difficult on the first example in changing colors to get a jump in, but this has a lot of potential with a matter of maybe finding controls that could be more accessible.

Great artwork and very cute!

Interesting concept! I'd like to see this a bit more fleshed out but it has some pretty cool potential to being a fun automation game. I wonder how this theme would look as an "inside the body" kind of theme where you work as someone fighting against diseases, blocked arteries, etc.

I never clicked the leave early button and it just kept getting bigger and bigger until it took up the whole screen up until the credits lol. In some ways I suppose the bug is a metaphor, as even when you REALLY don't want to leave early, depending on your mental health you just kind of find yourself back home from being so overwhelmed.

Interesting LSD Simulator-like walking game! Visuals were fun, trippy. Minor bug: if you climb up a ramped surface that has a straight wall (doesnt slope to the ground) it will retain that height and you can go out of bounds.

Interesting! Too bad theres no thumbnail image  to help promote it

Hopefully next time!

Can't play. Freezes on level load for me :(

Got memory access out of bounds, not playable for me :(

Dude this is STUNNING!!!!!
I would play the hell out of this. What a vibe - great art style , music, concept. We gotta BLOCK THE WRONG FELINE BALLS!

HOW AWESOME. This one will be getting featured on stream for sure. WELL DONE. ttv/foxotic

This is not what I expected at all! I totally understand why the game is called what it is, but I was a little afraid to check it out, with the harness around the mouth TBH - I also was confused with the naming, thinking maybe it was plugged into the jam as a promotion to a game with no real interpretation of the theme, but boy was I wrong!
This is so fun and clever. Really well done. I'll definitely be showcasing this one on stream!!

Buggy as hell but a really cool presentation. I wasn't really sure what to do after entering the bathroom or how to properly get in to solve the mirror riddle - so i'm not sure the story progressed properly in my playthrough. I went to the bathroom and clipped to the back wall and walked back inside. I heard "hello?" and fought off some more of the monsters. I didn't know where to go past that.

Cute game! It was a bit confusing at times where the packages were supposed to go, because I would send people out to fly to the islands assigned for the package, but when I go to return to them, the markers would sometimes disappear. I gave up at that point, but I was very close to $800. Is this a bug or was there potentially something missing? The packages werent late yet!

DO NOT TOUCH THE VOLUME SLIDER HOLY HELL.

Super solid - I do think some level designs work better than others but this can be well explored. The idea to rotate blocks without knocking over the tower, or adding a block here and there is good for obstacle courses. Where I find the design lacking is when it's too open and just having to build entire towers or large areas to reach the top. Definitely more fun when the level designs have a more integrated, yet open approach in how to solve it.

Also would be nice to have a more 360 camera view maybe something like captain toad perspectives, or being able to rotate the whole platform like a diorama
Overall really fun!

Holy crap this guy spent his entire time making a sick transformation cutscene like what the heck he put all his chips in that and made a short little arcade game to go along with it and while I was typing this comment, this comment was so long that it started going off the entire screen but if I had to say, I really enjoyed playing I wanted to become a superhero so, for some reason I was given the power to not get blocked by the villains and yes this is the name of this game, and it's not for clickbait or something ah well then. Sorry if I butchered the title I said it like 5 times honestly and even someone in chat asked me to repeat what it was because they didn't quite catch it yet. So I said the name of the game another time after that. But other than that, It was a rip snortin time. I enjoyed the game I felt super, I felt - I felt like I could block the villains with my fists, and I was flying around like superman in superman 64 and I went through some rings and there was stuff that was slowing me down and inhibiting me. That didn't necessarily stop me, per say- I feel like I did pretty good job and got some turbo speed. I think I knocked over 20 villains. So if I were to put it on a scale from 1 to super duper oopy doopy super power. I'd say it's pretty up there. Overall, cute game, nice art style, and music, and the little spinny scene when he unites with the gift of the power fist was quaint, and energetic, and exciting, and it was a fun time. And I think if I had anything more to say, I would just  say thank you - Thank you for taking the extra time to put together such a wonderful cutscene that will be remembered for generations. People in schools will talk about this - this is a staple example for animation in a game jam when all of your chips go into just say "like hey listen, I want to showcase my animation skills for my demo reel, PLEASE HIRE ME" and that right there, that cutscene, did the trick. If I worked for Evening Star, I'd say "give em a shot". Well done. Ya spooked me. Ya Intrigued me. You titillated my senses. gg

Awesome concept and just the amount detail that went into the character building, voice acting, and artwork alone - this game deserves a visit and has a lot of potential to be a fast paced action-puzzle-battler game!

Really like this one! As is, I could totally see it shipped as a CD Rom game! Lot of fun, only feedack is to increase the speed of shifting over time to add some pressure and maye some powerups to help spice up the gameplay and keep the pace active!

I'm left feeling very fulfilled and cultivated by playing block party! The mechanics for making your character face the right way are very interesting and unique. Music is very charming and fitting too. I have no choice but to rate this one a perfect score. Lot of fun and potential!

This is dang tough but fun! That's about as far as I could get! I wonder how many more orb powerups there are. I saw purple and gold rats. What else! :D Final score 51.9K 1 Star

Love the concept of this - as mentioned I really think this would do well and be popular as a way to block out our own tasks! I'd love to see a version that uses keywords to add custom artwork that is continually added, but this would help out a ton of people who struggle in finding time and squeezing things together for the week. Hope it happens!

masterfully done what more could be said, this is a MUST PLAY

Frickin heck yeah, thats all i need to say. I hope this comment influences you to play this. Also this game has a frickin gameboy port like what

Really cool fun and cute concept , I think overall if it were to have some improvements, I'd recommend having a ability that helps to deal with groups a bit better since the timing between them is pretty sporadic. I'd also like to be able to get out of combat if theres too many to deal with on the other side of it. Overall, lots of fun nice music and interesting concept i'd definitely love to stay in the loop for and see how this game progresses! Nice job

Really fun concept! I like that the difficulty is completely based in choice. It also took me a minute to get the feel for it because I was expecting to parry the attacks with an anticipated sword slash, but the projectiles seem to parry when closer to the body, which feels a little weird - I'd recommend changing this visually. Overall really fun!

Interesting spy-like stealth game! I'll be revisiting it, and look forward to see what it all has in store. Overall will be looking forward to a checkpoint pass / dialogue skip button update. Getting caught is very

Quick note! There is no sound for the build! We were both unfortunately pretty busy and did not have a musician/sfx artist on board. We will potentially post an update with some music and sfx soon!

(1 edit)

Quick note! We didn't have time to implement sound or find music that fit the vibe. check post-jam later for a patch! Thank you!

Tough for me to play :( Sad, maybe deaths should be more comedic. Doing actual ways a hamster could die is a bit touchy

Have to agree with this! If theres updates on progression I think this has potential but I  will wait until then for a showcase :)

The multiple endings are great! Cute art style. I glorpoo'd my pants

HOLY HECK! This is SICK!!!
Like, what the phrig. I believe this would do insanely well as a shipped game, and hope you continue to pursue Phrig!

Totally think it would do well on Kickstarter also, looking forward and hope to stay in touch!

This is likely malware and the comments are fake. The game has an installer, and my PC has been fucked since I restarted downloading this game. There is no game. The login goes nowhere.

Wasn't able to get past the signup window - confusing. Isnt this single player?

I'm going to be covering this game but unsure if the game doesn't have sound - is everything working on my end?

This needs way more comments and votes and attention. This is masterfully put together and mind-blowingly fun. I'd look forward to seeing a full release of this game! WOW!
