Wow!

This is a really refreshing play. I am a papers please fan, admittedly, but I don't normally play games where you go clicklcikclikclik.

Ironically enough, I kind of click click clicked onto this game by random, and so the enjoyability and intuitive progression were a pleasant surprise.

The way that you have to buy movement, but it's not like super hard to get where you need to go if you are being aware of yourself. The game teaches this quickly but without being punishing, which made the whole thing feel like a little world i was getting to visit.

I really liked your game, and I can't wait to see it progress, whatever that may look like!

Salutations! This post is specifically for rules clarifying, team forming and question answering. Though we (Dizzy and I) want to provide answers to all your questions in a timely manner, we are more likely to miss them if they are posted somewhere else, so do us a solid and leave them here!

The rules are simple: Act weird and I'll throw you in the dungeon! (Sorry, we don't have a dungeon.)

A bundle horror jam you wont wake up from.

From the first of October through the first of November, you can scream to the silence of a solo project, or howl at the moonlight with a team. Be it analog horror or apothecary tragedies, submissions of all shapes, sizes, and appetites are welcome.

But be warned... this isn't your standard game jam. The top 5 winning games will be packaged into a commercial horror anthology sold under the fordizzy brand, featuring automatic revenue sharing via itch.io!

If any of this sounds like your poison, then stop on by. There's always room for one more soul in the Nightmare Anthology!

Nightmare Anthology

The rules, source code requirements, and legal jargon are fully detailed on the Jam page. Do you have what it takes to survive the night?

Congrats on that! You should look into your studio name before you make too many waves though, since it's really similar to Playdead, the folks who made LIMBO and INSIDE.

Thanks for the input on the puzzle, I'll look into making that part a little smoother.

Also, good catch on the windows bug! I'll get that fixed ASAP, your feedback is much appreciated <3

'Sorry I Took So Long' delivers on it's promise, a game of 99% atmosphere completed in a few minutes.

If you like walking as much as me, it's worth a playthrough.

Yeah... I totally thought that the giant fish was friendly XD

I enjoyed getting to fly around as this little girl. While I understood little, there's a strong feeling that everything shown is diegetic. Mysterious and familiar, it was a nostalgic and comforting play.

Except for the giant fish, that part was terrifying. <3

Hi nurpaul, Glad you enjoyed it! That means a lot. I'd love to see a screenshot of your wall drawings if you'd like to share.

As for the first puzzle, maybe you should sleep on it. I've heard things look different after a good night's sleep.

(1 edit)

Best sleep I've gotten this evening. (It was very enjoyable, I played the original as well.)

I love this art style. Would play all over again with audio!

Incredible. Tysm!

Yay!
