Hello I have retaken the tax interview months ago but it's still hasn't updated and I can't get an access to my payout. Is there a trouble in my case? I've already contact the support via email 2 months ago and haven't receive any respond from support. the ticket number is 265635.
Please let me know if there anything needs to be done so I can receive my payout.
