Note: if you are using Terrain3D addon, you need to change the setting in Collision to Dynamic / Editor for the Simple Grass addon to work.

Also note: the grass won't move with the terrain if you edit it after you paint the grass, so be sure to pay attention to your order of editing.

I added in controller support and variable jump height to my version - got it from the Godot library but wanted to drop you a thanks.

The project is currently "feature complete" though I may continue to tinker with the online version and add more sounds or features.

As I mention in my dev log, I've also included my Godot project files and a few simple instructions on how to edit it.

(I am unable to help with any Godot training or tech support.)

This is the project plan right now:

1. Fix buttons so you can't double-click them on accident
2. Add some 1-shot sound effects.
3. Even out audio levels on music and ambient tracks
4. Post an editable Godot file
5. Add volume sliders per page...that's a stretch goal / maybe

Can I tell you something weird?

I actually didn't "get it" until I started playing the game here and clicking through stuff. I know, that sounds bizarre, but here we are!

As a jam entry, I was hoping you'd be able to get the hang of it and win after a couple of attempts. Next version (after the jam) will have improved instructions and a different power up.

I had a great time with the voice acting - I think it elevated the game quite a bit.

My favorite thing on that little pop gun is how you can see your ammo inside of it instead of showing a counter on screen.

No, the plushies, claw machine, etc are all 3D elements I created in Blender. I had previously made the bear for a different project, but had never rigged him or really finished him up.

The environment, claws, etc are all new. Miss Bunny, Elephant, and Penguin are brand new models while the purple bunny and blue bear were riffed off the base Teddy model.

I played your tower defense game as well!

I liked it. I've never played a Vampire Survivor kind of game, but I guess it's in that sort of genre.

The onslaught of enemies brought the framerate to a crawl by the 30 second mark, but I was able to finish and win all the same.

I would have liked a little bit of story to go with it.

Haha, that was funny. A unique take on a Fall Guys type idea.
