Yeah, we've read the FAQ. Still, we are talking about weeks without any response from support, except for a generic automated acknowledgement of the ticket, we were sending reminders to support as well, and got no reaction at all, not even acknowledgement from an actual human being.

I do not want to be a pain here, but it feels tedious and is hampering any attempt to get traffic on the game, if it's not even indexed and can be reached only from a dedicated link - it kind of feels like a catch 22 situation.

It's been two more days, and still no action or response. And it seems to be a simple issue to fix on your end, so can you please let us know why is this taking so long?

Hi

We are waiting for our game to be finally indexed (for weeks now). We have gone through the FAQ and settings - visibility settings are set up properly, we are getting some traffic from various external sources, yet we still aren't indexed after two weeks.

We raised a support ticket (ID 281803) 10 days ago, but we have received no response as of yet, except for the automated one, and we have sent e-mail reminders to the support and got no response at all.

Is there anything more that we can do? It's getting frustrating to be honest, as it hampers promotion possibilities.
