I have to look into this error and what causes it. I haven't touched the switching mechanic so it might be also present in the first version.

Are you maybe pressing a button while the switch animation is played?

I'll fix that for the next version.

fixed them, forgot to make the box size to 2 lines while testing and aligning.

I checked the damage formula multiple times because this is a huge problem that I looked into it and the main problem was the low attack and "high" defense of most monsters. I changed the basestats a bit and it already looks a bit better. I'm still kind of in a ballancing process of the base versions of most monsters to make them a bit more powerfull so the battles don't take that long.

Hello everyone,

since the release of this prototype, I was messaged some little bugs and difficulty issues which I like to address now:

Current bugs:

  • Potions cannot be used during battle and result in an error shutting the game down.
  • Battle Music is still playing after the battle.

Difficulty Issues:

  • Especially the Water-Starter is pretty weak compared to the wild Monster.
  • Battles are too long due to small amount of damage
  • Scrappler is way too bulky!

I will work on these problems and upload an updated version in the next few days.

Hello, before purchasing only this tool, I wanted to know, if I can use the assets in this engine in any other engine or is it limited only to this engine?

This is kind of awesome. Could we maybe get a Conversion from 2k3 to VX/Ace and XP to VX/Ace and vice versa? This would help me a lot.

Also I wanted to ask, if there is a way to select and add tiles on my own to a new sheet? Like for the water from 2k/3 which works completly differently than how the water later works. This would help to arrange the water a bit more.

Also maybe an Undo Button would be nice for the built-in Hud-Maker :)

hey, I like your asset pack but I'd like to see some enemies, like slimes, bats and spider. Also maybe some key's and potions too. That would be cool.

maybe create a GameBoy Color version of these tiles too.

Also maybe add some Sideviewbattler to the pack.

I really like this pack and what you get out of this pack is pretty awesome and totally worth the money!
