Does seem odd, it seems like there's a bug that prevents the player from clicking on things when zooming sometimes. I think you can still click on the beer without zooming though. Thanks for playing, even if it was only a little!

First thing that is noticeable: Wait time, for this "recovering memories" I waited 20 minutes for it to finish. When I tried playing it, interacting with anything not a switch, keypad, or post-it only gave me a "LOADING (Ticket #[number]". Loading the game again took that long as well. I cannot seem to complete the game as it is. (Got alpha6 windows)
The mystery is very compelling otherwise and sucked me right in. I am quite fond of the artstyle and all the pieces present in the game as well.
Pretty fun, I like the writing alot, although I have to say that I was confused on where to go after the gunshot for a moment, then after that it was a bit weird that it needed a key input to transition screen on the next screen. Right after telling Sofia that Cheri didn't off herself, you can also choose Sofia and Adam dating again which triggers the same convo. Strangely enough I had to trigger this bit 3 times before I could choose "left-handed" to continue.
Have faith, the errors don't take away from the fact that I'd play the full game, based on what I saw here.
The intend with the initial scene was that you'd be looking at the room through a camera, maybe some sort of overlay coud've conveyed that better. <-<
Never heard of billboarding, though what I initially found, it does sound pretty cool.
Thanks for taking the time to play and review my game! As for the tech stuff you mentioned, what's there to chat about?
Pretty solid game.
Atmosphere is charming and it's a nice Slenderman-esque game, I also quite liked the artstyle and all the animals swimming about.
Although when you move, there are gaps in the submarine. The anglerfish is a non issue because of the alarm and the player being faster, I think.
I did also have issues finding the last pipes.
It's like a 7/10, cheers.
