Really really good. There's like, a perfect balance of personal, philosophical, and political meanings here, and it comes across really powerfully in this short, small work.

H/P love. (craft).

So good!!!!! I always love art that's just someone more or less ripping their heart out and throwing it at you. Everything felt more and more intimate and personal the further I ventured, and it all comes together so well with the surrealist style. I really connected with the story; even the parts that I don't personally relate to hit REALLY hard.
Further proof that struggling people being extremely vulnerable is important in art and also that body horror is awesome as hell in expressing it.

You'd be surprised; if you keep track of the numbers of Evil there have to be for people to corroborate each other, there are still quite a lot of logical deductions that can be made, it just becomes more mathematical.

Maybe you've heard of One Night Ultimate Werewolf; it's my favorite board game ever. The thing is, it requires a group of people, and it can be hard to find one... I really love how this is essentially a singleplayer version of ONUW! The social deduction mechanics work perfectly as logic puzzles, and it's just a super fun game to play. The art is great as well, feels really original and cool. I really look forward to the full thing, and thank you for making this (intentional or not) singleplayer adaptation of social deduction!

It's working

I can feel it working

Really tough. I can see why Matthew opted to become a grotesque abomination of flesh.

Wow, this is actually an incredible game. I mean it is funny, but the mechanics are really good and the puzzle are designed well. The ending screen made me laugh extremely hard. I was absolutely not expecting that reference but it's perfect.

Definitely going to go around and collect everything; the self-modification mechanics are really fun to mess around with. ^-^ super cronenberg bros

One extremely strange memory I have is from when I was running track in high school. One day, we were going out into the suburbs to run long laps throughout town. I was sick with something, starting to get a headache. I was nauseous, and each lap was more painful than the last. And in my delirious half-awake state, I kept thinking about the song Creep, by Radiohead. It was just stuck in my head and I struggled to think of anything else. I could hardly stay conscious, but I kept running. The longer I did, the more distorted my memory of the song became. All kinds of different versions repeated in my head ceaselessly as I literally descended into madness, disassociating from the extreme pain my entire body was in. I could not stop thinking about Creep by Radiohead.

It's a strange memory, feels half like a dream. A very early experience in feeling very very bad.

So I remember when I first played Relentless City of Thoughts, and a sped-up midi version of Creep started playing in the exercise section, it brought me back to that moment. Such a random and strange thing, that immediately made me feel the stress of running and running with no choice to stop. All of the ideas about the absolute chaos of living in the contemporary world were really  enhanced by that experience.

Such a great weird game. The postmodern chaos is just so effective, and really funny too. It's interesting just how impactful that one part happened to be. Brilliant, honestly. Love it.

wow... really inspiring in its uniquely surreal style. Definitely a great little experience.

:0 for some reason it never occurred to me to check out June Flower's other work. Looks like I have a lot more games to check out now!

Yay! Yay! Yaaaay! <- the best that I can describe my immediate feelings.

I have been a big fan of your games for a long time, and having this come out (especially with me having just turned 18, lol) was such a treat! An Idle Nightmare was fun, and I really like how this expanded on the gameplay concepts. I also love how the postmodern nonsense of Relentless City of Thoughts was incorporated, as that's another game that I really like. Absolutely fantastic game!!!!! Even with its simplicity, the story is fun and really interesting, with a lot of really great jokes. The dream sequence had me cackling. Even the sexual/pornographic elements are really well executed and, well, hot. :3 hell yea

Such a great little game, I don't really have much more to say other than I want more. lol. Gamingggg

Fantastic! For a while I've been disinterested in the RPGmaker subgenre of interactive storytelling, but this feels wonderful and really original! It's so amazingly apt with its societal themes and storytelling!!!!!

I share a similar view of AI art to you, and I want to say that I think it actually adds a lot to the story. Something about the way the Holl are a human's design of what uncanny human-resembling horrific creatures are, while the Alkians are something strange and separate from human designs, only made by a machine that guesses based on taking random human art, is really smart and adds a lot to the artistic meanings.

Great game. I feel inspired to write something as excellent as this. Also, send my regards to monom for the great sampling of one of my favorite movies of all time in the soundtrack.

Ohhhhhh my god. This is amazing.

First, my thoughts on the gameplay: RTS is one of the game genres I am pretty neutral about in general. It's pretty fun to play, but it gets quite hard and personally I'd prefer if the new mechanics came in less slowly. Definitely one of the better RTS games I've played, but the difficulty was a bit much for me.

But the STORY.

Ohhh man, the STORY.

This is an amazing work of science-fiction horror, with beautiful language, amazing imagery, and truly powerful themes. It's just... Well, unthinkable how powerful this narrative is. I've read it over a few times, and it's just so powerful to read. Get's me to almost cry nearly every time. The parable of loving someone you feel you cannot relate to. The depths of obsession. The sacrifices made to ensure safety. Honestly, it's one of the best horror stories I've ever read (and that's saying something -- I read quite a lot)! This will definitely impact my writing styles, how I look at stories and storytelling, and possibly how I look at life. I congratulate you on writing something so amazing.

:)

YES!!! I've been waiting for a full game with the "tu castle/mi castle" mechanics from long ago! It's procedurally generated, too! Love it!

Yeah, I thought you'd say that. I look forward to your full version of the game in the future!!

AAAH!!! I love this so much! This simple concept really pulls me in, and the story is great so far! It's challenging, but fun.

Ok I probably know the answer but I can't help myself. I'd like to make music for this game to add to the mood. If you accept, we can negotiate a payment (I'm thinking just access to the first tier of your Patreon) I have lots of experience in digital music and I'd be really happy to help!

MONTHS of playing your games, and only now do I realize "Outer Gods" means the players. Amazing work on this, and I love the art and soundtrack as well.

OH. WOW. This was an amazing game. I love the concept of hacking into different things. It really made me think. I love this game but the ending is so unsatisfying! I want to know what happens!

Hi! I love this game, and I was wondering if there is a place where I can access the music to it, because I really like it.

On a separate note, I love the gameplay mechanics. The feeling of assembling a huge party is really great, and I love the story too.

ok can I have the soundtrack though
