I'm working on an anthology visual novel and I'm currently looking for a few artists to design some characters. I sent a request on Discord.

I'm looking to expand my team for a visual novel anthology. The project is free, but you won't be the only artist. We can discuss this on Discord.

I'm one of the writers of a visual novel anthology titled "A Man, a Beast, and an Empire", comprising of three short stories.
The first story is about an alien who crash lands on the warzone during WWI.
The second story is set in a world Of Monsters and Men. The newly crowned King and his chosen Lionheart seek to reform the Empire to begin a new age where humans and beasts can co-exist equally.
The third story is about a human with mysterious magical powers who finds himself in a world populated only by beasts.

We are currently looking for some volunteer artists who can illustrate backgrounds, human characters, or beast/anthro characters for any one of the three short stories. All illustrations for the first two are of minimal to no colour.

One of those short stories for this anthology is from a concept that was large in scale and I felt it was unrealistic to work on myself at the moment, so I wrote a scaled down version to serve as an introduction to the concept.

It feels nice to hear from you. Sadly for this visual novel, we weren't able to finish it, especially with the backgrounds as the team shortly disbanded. I made quite some missteps as project lead and hope to do better. I'm currently working on an original project that also involves Chinese myths and folklore.

Based on the short story of the same name from the 1987 short story collection Quirky Tails by Paul Jennings.
