The invisible ripped handsome old man was invisible from pretty much the start of development ! We quickly talked about making him a sprite but then never talked about it again so he is canonically invisible ! He was only invisible and handsome at first but someone insisted on making him ripped too xD

He can dash vertically, you just need to not be to close to the edge of the water ! 

Go a little bit underwater and then dash vertically ! ( just like a dolphin if it can helps you visualize)

You need to jump out of the water using your dash ! ( space button ) 

You bring back the fish to the oven and cook that fish into a delicious fish biscuit ! Hope that helps !
