I am still waiting for any action on support ticket: 301757

Payout has been stuck "In Review" since January.

Tax info is valid and listed as "On File"

Still no update here. Tax info says "On File". Again, the payout has been stuck since January 2025. Is it going to be like this every time I want to do a payout?

I have submitted a new ticket after re inputing my tax information for the payout stuck in review since january.
the support ticket id is: 301757

This is driving me batty. My payout (167136) for $111.74 USD has been stuck "In Review" since January! I have tried to contact support multiple times and I have not received a single response.

Any advice on what I should do? There isn't any other means of contact (phone etc...)

I would like to receive the money owed me and prevent this from happening again.

PS. some feedback: phone support or chat would go a long way itch. Its really frustrating to have no recourse and no human to turn to.
