Sorry the game isn't working for you, let's see if we can figure it out. A general issue many people have is because the games we make are originally Japanese, folks can have issues playing them outside of Japan due to the locale your computer is set to. You'll get an error message that's often either in Japanese or just a bunch of ????. Fortunately that's pretty easy to fix, just follow the instructions below:
1. Open Windows Control Panel
2. Select Region
3. In Region settings, select the Administrative tab
4. Click Change system locale
5. If enabled, uncheck the "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" option
6. If this doesn't work, try changing your current system locale to Japanese

Also should make sure your anti-virus software isn't accidentally blocking it, and try right-clicking on the .exe and opening as Administrator. If you are still getting an error message, can you take a screen shot of the error message you are getting and post it in a reply? Then I can chat with one of our programmers to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Hi! I have confirmed that Kagura Games has the latest version of the game. Please could you try redownloading the data and trying again?
Alternatively, you can try adding the free patch that is available on the itch store page into your current game file (so you don't need to worrying about copying save data).

Hi, you are remembering correctly! The original game had a number of DLC updates that added things like the Harem Route and Easy Mode. No need to worry or wait though, our release includes all these extras as unlockable content. Can you figure out how to find them? The Special Hints may help a bit (pssst... a little secret, we also might just be releasing something this week to give you all the hints and tips you could ever need).

Thank you for your patience! We just uploaded a new build and patch to fix some graphical issues with some sprites and CGs where incorrect layers were showing.

Regarding difficulty: The difficulty modes don't actually change anything about the difficulty level of the game, they just unlock starting items or unlock the final weapon early, so it doesn't change anything in the display.

Regarding the CGs: There are only two penis sizes displayed in the CGs; you can keep modding further, but this won't be reflected in the images. This is the same in the original Japanese version and is not a bug.

Please feel free to drop a screenshot if you come across anything you think is still bugged. As I mentioned before, there are a ton of different possible combinations, so it's possible we have still overlooked something!

Could you give me a bit more info about what is not showing in the CGs, such as which specific body mods aren't showing up? As you can imagine, with the amount of combinations it was very difficult for us to check every single one of them during QA, so any info you can give to help us narrow down the issue would be super helpful. Hey, we have been working on this issue, it's not forgotten, just a little tricky. Quick question, when you downloaded the newest build, did you transfer in old save data from a previous build that you are trying to now load? Or are you loading from a fresh save?

Unfortunately we've found there is some incompatibility with using old save data in specific areas of the game that we have not yet found a solution for.  This map was working as intended from fresh saves in previous builds though, so this info will help us figure out when the error may have started.

Hi, we are currently having an issue with the game crashing when it tries to enter the first map, if you are not running in Japanese locale. 
We are currently working to fix this. In the meantime though if you run the game in Japanese locale this may resolve your issue.

Hmm...sorry that isn't working for you, that is the standard hotkey for game applications on windows (Alt+Enter should work for most games, including Abaddon). You may have your system set to a different key combo for that hotkey? F11 and Command+Ctrl+F are the other common hotkeys but those don't work for me for Abaddon.

Hi, the decensor patch restores the images for several CG scenes that were removed for the itch.io release.

Hi! Sumsero had the right idea, they aren't any specific letters more just meant to look like garbled Necronomiconic weird nonsense. Since the characters aren't in any specific language (I believe most are actually unicode symbols) nor translates to anything, and more just typed to look like garbled text, we left it as is.
