Figured it out for those having the same issue: add the application to Steam as a non-steam game, was able to navigate to the options menu using the keyboard and then assign controller buttons. Did not use DS4, just straight controller.
When I load into the main menu, the menu selection constantly goes up and down. The config ini is not intuitive - how do I fix this? Anyone have a spare ini config file that works with a ds4 controller?
