Hey everyone!
I recently released Factory Frontier: Forge & Defend, a small single-player project that mixes 3D arena combat with lane strategy and tower defense.
You play as a knight fighting monsters in an arena to collect Scrap and experience. Instead of simply surviving waves, the resources you earn are used to deploy units from your factory.
Your units fight their way down a separate lane, attacking enemy towers and eventually the enemy factory. Meanwhile, you're still in the arena fighting for more resources, gaining levels and choosing upgrade cards to shape your build.
You can switch between the arena and lane view at any time, so you're constantly deciding whether to focus on fighting, upgrading your character, or checking how your army is doing.
Some of the current features:
⚔️ Melee combat with combos and blocking ✨ Unlockable spells 🏭 Deployable units and a Scrap economy 🃏 Roguelite-style level-up cards 🏰 Lane battles, towers and factories ⚙️ Steampunk setting with pixel-art characters in a 3D world
It's currently a prototype, and I'd really appreciate feedback on the mix between the arena combat and strategy side in particular.
The entire game can be played for free directly in the browser, so there's no download required. There's also a Windows download with higher visual quality.

Thanks for checking it out! If you play a round, I'd be interested to hear which parts worked for you and where you think the game could be improved.
