Still have room for one more project!

Do you have any current WIP previews of your project? I'm a 2D and 3D artist interested in working with active development teams close to publishing an initial demo within 6 months.

Hey, I'm Jon! I'm an illustrator and 3D artist based out of New York and I'm looking to work on more projects to help build up my portfolio (and not starve).

Here are some examples of what I'm capable of:

Yeah definitely agree the beginning is a bit too easy, once the game jam is up I'm going to push some tweaks! Thank you!

Makes me miss line rider, love the art and the dialogue! I also had no idea how to beat the second level though.

Love the little axolotl character, and the idea of bubbling up enemies to collect seems like a fun one to expand upon.

Music is a banger, game looks awesome and is super fun. Drift could use a bit tighter control imo but overall amazing!

Very creative and fun!

A bit more distance at the beginning so it's easier to react to color changes would be nice, especially since it's not clear what the color order is going to be at first.

Otherwise amazing work!

Controls took some getting used to but pretty fun once you get a feel for it! Honestly I feel like this could be a good vehicle traversal mechanic in a horror game, the aesthetic gives me a bit of Lethal Company vibes.

Perfectly emulates Celeste and the style is great! Amazing work! I just wish I were better at platformers lol

Also an extra bind for the dash would be great, using X with WASD was a little too awkward so I had to use arrow keys. Maybe right shift?

Thank you! 😁

A little hard, but a solid Space Invaders project that captures the game accurately.

It's fun how such a little addition adds so much to the game and makes pong actually fun to play! It was a good touch to make the field a touch bit wider too, since you can't really focus on what the other side is doing anyway there's more time to react to stuff coming in. I also like the really clean art style.

Asteroids with a little narrative progression and power-ups is very fun and well-done!

Love your choice of music for the main menu

Great polished version of pong, love the art style!

Understandable, I wish UE had support for web games. I'm glad you like the style!

This is really fun! I did run into a bug (pun not intended) where the game got stuck on the turn of an ant that just died however.

This is a really great take on Peggle and I think you could expand this to a full game! I like the expanded mechanics that elevates it above just simply clearing the screen.

This is such a great lightweight version of this boardgame, it's great that this has an apk because it'll definitely be great to keep on your phone to play with friends. I absolutely got destroyed by the bot rolling tons of back to back 6s though

Thank you! My background is in art so I was excited to have a simple project I could use to put my skills on display 😄

Thanks! I'm mainly an artist, so I've been trying to take on little projects like this to learn how to code and put some of those skills to use!

Thank you! I actually spent like 3/4 of the time working on the game just getting the UI to work 😅 I still wish I would've figured out how to sort the hi-scores

Cute little version of VVVVVV! Controls were nice and tight and all the assets went together really well.

Love this twist on Pong, I could see this being a fun game me and friends would actually play! The bot absolutely destroyed me.

Thank you for playing the game and I'm glad you liked it! I'm also so humbled that you uploaded a whole video playing my game 🔥
