Hi, Juan is sorting out the team, so I'm not sure whether we're done yet. Currently it's Juan on programming + sundries, me doing my pixel art, and two music guys: Alex Lee Clark and Broke Music Productions.

I'm a hobbyist pixel artist, with a background in traditional art, looking to help out. I participated in last year's Collab Jam doing pixel art and some basic low poly modeling in Blender for Bullet Buffet and thought it might be fun to try again this year.
I use Aseprite and occasionally Gimp for my pixel art. Here's my PixelJoint gallery https://pixeljoint.com/p/221123.htm I've worked on a few simple game projects over the years in Gamemaker and Twine https://evens.itch.io/ and tried out a number of other engines such as Godot and GBStudio. If someone needs extra pixel art assets I should have time to do one or two hours at it a night throughout the course of the jam .
The 'Partisan' image was from an unused twine game idea where you go around meeting various factions in a scifi world. I'd worked some of the concepts into pixel art later. Like I said I'm more interested in general in the art side of games than anything else at the moment... Also haven't found a team.
I'm a hobbyist pixel artist and serial tinkerer with game engines based in the UK, with a background in traditional art, looking to help out. I saw the recent Indie Game Clinic video about the month long collab jam and thought it would be fun to get a bit of experience working in a team.
I've spent my spare time pixeling for years now. Here's my PixelJoint gallery https://pixeljoint.com/p/221123.htm I use Aseprite and occasionally Gimp. I have some experience of pushing art into engines. I've dipped into Gamemaker, Twine, Godot and various other engines (old school UnrealEd 2, NeverwinterNights, Doom, Quake 3 and other retro games) over a number of years. A few of my things are even finished! https://evens.itch.io/
I haven't got any professional experience in games, but I do have time over the course of April and can put in a few hours a day. That should be enough to polish off any number of pixel art assets and help relieve the burden of asset creation on a programmer/designer.

Space Fleet Amber is a pixel art R-Type-like memorization shooter with some randomization on a per run basis.

Blast through 20 minutes of shooting action then come back later and get an experience just that little bit different with different weapons, enemies and ships and a selection of interesting secrets including multiple secret bosses to find and beat.
This originated as one of those forever games that I was tinkering at in Gamemaker Studio in my off-time to try and push my pixel art skills. I wasn't expecting to ever get it done but now it's just about finished (I think) after seven years of occasional work.
