Hi everyone! I'm Sara, and I just released my first free TTRPG one-shot, Where the Watermint Grows, under Evenreach Games.
Where the Watermint Grows is a free one-shot for 3–5 players at level 3, 5e compatible, compatible with the 2024 Core Rules (SRD 5.2). It's lore-heavy and leans on the Social and Exploration pillars, with combat available for tables that want it. Runtime is roughly 2.25 to 3.5 hours.
The premise: the River Auren has been flowing backward for over a week, and no one in Ferryman's Crossing knows why. A naiad's name has been stolen, and the river is responding to the theft. Players need to track down who took it and decide how to get it back.
It includes three scenes, NPC write-ups, two magic items, and stat blocks in the appendix. It's a free download.
