In response to your questions, we don't have a specific date for the next update, but we do have a tentative one, which would be around the next 10 days (or even a little sooner). We invite you to follow us to stay updated on the game's news.
We haven't considered adding Russian as a language option because we don't have enough of an audience that speaks it, and we don't have a trusted translator, but it's something we'll try to consider for future updates!
Regarding the girls, it's quite possible that some of the endings could lead to any of them getting pregnant, but I won't spoil anything. And finally, the idea is for all the girls to appear eventually.
For now, you can't switch languages in-game. However, the Spanish version (0.1.1b) is available as a separate build. Eventually, we'll add the option to change languages within a single build.

While you won't be able to play as Star at the moment, you will have intimate interactions with her as the story unfolds. That said, everything depends on the choices you make in the game, and that's what makes it so crucial.
I completely understand your frustration and that you expected to play as Star instead of experiencing this third-person gameplay. Keep in mind that this is an alpha demo, and there's still a lot—a lot—of content left to develop and explore.
