Any idea on how to bring this to their attention?

Hello Itch.io Support Team,
I wanted to start by expressing my understanding and sympathy for the challenges you face in moderating content on your platform. Decisions like the recent delisting of NSFW games are undoubtedly difficult but important for maintaining your community's standards.
In light of this, I'm developing a public, searchable index website aimed at helping players and creators keep track of these affected games, ensuring they're not lost to the community. To build this resource effectively, I kindly request your support: if possible, could you provide a list of the delisted NSFW game URLs? Please contact me at erochatdev@gmail.com if you can assist with this or if you need more details.
Additionally, I'm encouraging the community to contribute by submitting details of their favorite games via a simple Google Form: https://forms.gle/8SAnxK98CikEkkrW7 . Users can fill it out quickly, and I'd appreciate it if you could share this form with others who might want to help preserve these titles.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I'm hopeful that through collaboration, we can support the creators and players affected by this change.
Best regards,
EroChatDev
Hello, I have recently published this game
Anna's New Job by Ero Chat Dev
The fact that it is still not indexed after so long worries me.
I have read and followed the steps outlined in this topic
Game quarantined? Search or indexing problem? Read this! - Questions & Support - itch.io
The game has been set to public, and all settings are correctly set.
I have decorated my game page, added all necessary info, cover image, screenshots, and metadata. I have even promoted the game through various channels to generate downloads.
As of this moment, the game has hundreds of downloads.
It also has many payments (optional: project is free to play) and positive reviews.
I have seen projects that were released after me get indexed for days.
Has My game been internally flagged due to some reason? or is it caused by some bug in the system?
I have also created a sale bundle for new customers to buy my old game's premium version with it. Can I extend the sale by the days needed for the game to get indexed or will that lead to my account being flagged for being always on sale?
This is not my first paid (With Free Downloads) project on Itch.io so the second time should be quicker right?
I request the moderators to kindly look into my issue as I depend on the revenue generated from my games.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand that the use of AI-generated art is a sensitive topic, and I want to give you some insight into why I chose to experiment with it for this project.
For this game, I wanted to explore different artistic styles. While the CGs are AI Generated, the process still required a lot of time and effort—this game actually took longer to develop than my previous games with 3D renders. One of the upsides of using AI tools was that it allowed me to create a much greater volume of CGs, making the game more visually rich.
That said, this doesn’t mean I’m abandoning 3D renders or other styles. Experimentation is part of my creative journey, and your feedback helps me better understand what resonates with players.
Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. I hope you will enjoy this game and the many more to come.

- I have developed and published an adult game https://ero-chat-dev.itch.io/netorase-wife-june
- It has been more than a week since I published this game and its launch devlog.
- It is still not indexed.
- Having the page indexed would mean that the users could search for my game on Itch. I believe that it would greatly contribute to my game's popularity.
- This is not my first game and my earlier game was indexed within 24 hours.
- I have promoted this game myself and it has over 870 downloads and $36 in sales and donations.
- I saw no mentions or messages saying that the game was flagged or quarantined.
- How long will it take to index the game?
- I tried waiting as this post suggested Game quarantined? Search or indexing problem? Read this! - Questions & Support - itch.io but it has been more than a week
- I have future games and a major update planned for my other game. Will they also face the same difficulty?
- Please take a look at my game and suggest things that I can do to fix it if it has been caused by some error on my end.
- When the game will be indexed, can you please make it show up on the top of "recently updated"
Thank You
My game: Ero Chat by Ero Chat Dev (itch.io)
My visibility settings clearly specify public visibility and the options for disabling new downloads and making the game unlisted are unticked
My privacy settings make my public activity visible
What should I do to fix this?
