I am 1000% behind what you are doing.  Having a 100% native way to run Johnny would be wonderful for sure!

This is awesome!  I will be watching this/following your progress.  I've been a fan of Johnny Castaway since it was released.  When I need my fix I run it through DosBox or Boxer.  The package I run for Johnny has a copy of Win31 and set to run the screensaver upon startup.  I've also created an iDOS (DosBox emulator for iOS) package so I can run Johnny on an iPhone or an iPad. :-) Keep up the AWESOME work! 

Will the GOG version be updated with the new MAC version?  Also will it be updated to version 2.0 when it is released?

I don't see that when I run the game.  However the info from smokescreen did the trick.  Thank you for the help.

Is there a way to run the MacOS version in a windowed mode?  I've tried editing the acsetup.cfg file but the windowed=1 setting appears to be ignored.
