Ah, I see. Nodes can be limiting. Sometimes coding features will be easier/faster than node based editing since you'll be able to fine tune things better.

If you're still interested in game dev, I recommend checking out pygame if you want to get more familiar with general coding. (Forewarning: it's kind of all coding, but python is relatively easy to pick up.)

Good job making the deadline, I hope for the best.

good job for pulling through

points of improvement:

-add some lag to the camera movement relative to the player, it's too fast and kind of nausea inducing

-consider coyote jump next time, also don't add any acceleration to the left/right movement for a precision platformer

-you do not need unreal engine for this, there are many other lighter game engines that would accomplish the same thing and won't result in a 250mb zipped download
