Alone in the Dark is a game where you play as a blind person being chased by a hoard of zombies in a maze. You rely on your hearing to guide you

As a thanks for playtesting, you will get the game for free when it releases and all DLC if I chose to make any.

To sign up, fill out this google form https://forms.gle/JkFMRTZKXEJWSjVZ8. I will try to send you the playtesting key within 3 days of filling out the form.

I will try to release a new update for the playtesters every week on Sunday.

The first Alone in the Dark playtest will be released on Wednesday 5/27/2026

Alone in the Dark name is subject to change.  If you have any suggestions for a name or anything else leave them in the comments on Alone in the Dark.

the reason the text is on you’re screen is because you messed up, I don’t think the web version works very well, sorry i was rushed do to health complications 

The crown is a little knob facing towards you and with the restarting the time set game that could by a glitch but I think that’s my fault because I forgot to say after you are done with the time set game you have to press space and then hit the crown again and for the leader board I have no clue why it doesn’t work I spent like 2 hours it might be the web version I am gonna update my game soon to make it work better and thanks for the comment I will try to fix it asap

what do you mean by that like you can’t move properly, try press H the hitting any of the help questions 

if you have any problems let me know

last untitled game jam I placed dead last any tops for that to not happen again
