This is a very cute, fun little idle game! I did sometimes think that my little animals disappeared because they would overlap entirely into a single entity, but eventually they separated and went their own ways.

Definitely giving strong Doom vibes, lots of fun! It definitely took me some trial and error to figure out the reload mechanic, but it's honestly really satisfying and adds a unique bit of complexity to what would otherwise be a straightforward shooter. Could definitely be some opportunities to add challenges throughout that are tailored to your specific method of reloading.
Thank you so much for playing and for the thoughtful reply! We were definitely going for something with a similar vibe to power wash simulator so I'm glad it seemed to fit that niche. I think in the future we would definitely add the player controls as an option from a pause menu, there just wasn't time to implement it in this jam. I'm glad that even with some of the kinda clunky controls you were still able to complete it in a reasonable time! We definitely hope to take some more time to hone and polish it into a full game.
I love this concept and am happy to see that you have a tutorial implemented. It reminds me somewhat of Portal. I will say that it was confusing that the tutorial mentions needing to scroll to select mushrooms, but scroll didn't seem to do anything for me. And the cannon/button mechanics were a little awkward and that first cannon level was confusing (I did appreciate the option to skip the level though). Overall I think this has a lot of potential!

We're calling it "Not 2 Scale" it's an action puzzle game where you have not only a normal gun to fight enemies, but also a volumizer gun which allows you to change the size of objects. If you like games like Portal or The Turing Test, you should give it a try!
