I get to the point where it says "I can triple jump" on the last platform before the big one. When I attempt to jump, I am unable to make it. I am triple jumping by holding space.

Thanks for the feedback and for taking the time to play my entry. In the update I have added the ability to use the LMB in addition to SHIFT. I agree sticky keys can be / should be disabled.

Thanks for playing! The poem was written by Constant_Hat, I'll let him know you liked it! Sorry to hear that you had an issue with sticky keys. When that popup happens, click disable sticky keys.

Thanks for the feedback rustybailey! I too agree the zombies are difficult. The trick to them is to jump over them and attack. I have found after releasing the game that LMB would be a better fit for attack as when things get intense it is difficult to manage jumping, moving, and attacking all with a single hand. I have updated the game to allow the use of both SHIFT and LMB but waiting for approval to upload it. Once the Jam is over I will be updating it regardless.

That block moving idea is really cool! I wasn't able to win but I started getting the hang of the movement.

Cool concept. I can see taking this style and environment and making a survival game.

Nice game. Jumping was a bit difficult for me but overall the game was awesome.

Wow. This is a nice Tower Defense game! I how do you go about implementing to changes in difficulty levels? Do the enemies have more health?

I made a lot of them fat but they lost weight so quick as well! Cool game though!

Very cool. The ball hits felt nice. Just need to reset my ball! :p

What a crazy game. You did a ton of different types of games in one, I like the concept. On the green house I had trouble seeing but otherwise I completed all other houses.

Very nice story setup! It almost played like a video. I never knew there was an underground candy cult.

Green Apple is lucky he has friends to save his butt.. Cool game. Only suggestion is to add a bit more gravity force.

Defense games are always fun! Great touch with adding speed power-ups to some of the ants.

This was really enjoyable! The gum drops made me hungry!

Nice. The explosions are very fancy!

Thank you for the reply. I was able to find an artist and making a game for the Jam now :).

Boss was pretty neat.

Cool game. One thing I could suggest is not having the camera locked to the fireball. This allows me to keep the mouse pressed in the center and never miss the ball. I would lock the camera to the pipe and set limits.

I am new to coding but learning quickly. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about asset creation. Therefore I am looking for a partner that has some asset creation skills for a 2D based game.

I wish assets didn't have to be self made. I'm learning to code but not that interested in getting into art at the moment. Would be fantastic if an asset pack was provided. Or mabye a separate beginners Jam with assets provided?


Anyhow, if you're an asset developer looking for someone who can do the gameDev stuff let me know 🙂. I would love to team up!
