Hi, I've reached the end of the game but the "Notions of Space" option under dream still doesn't show. It's greyed out completely. Any solution?

I've actually reached the end of the game. I have no more quests. Nothing ignored. I do get the prompt but I can't click on the dialogue option because it's grey

There's a greyed out option of "notions of space, you can try and reach for one." I don't know how to make that option available

Hi, what do I do about the notions of space greyed out option when I select dream? Did I miss anything? Also, when will 7.9 and 7.10 be available for free?
