I have find out, there is wrong name of the key in message, lower levels are acessible in late game with other key from the mage girl.

No there are only two undergroud acessible floors. The third one wrote that you do not have the key. It is not game breaking bug, but it doesnt look good. I started over on each difficulty and ACT and each time only two acessible underground floors.

The BUG Described in CR-0139 - I have the lower dungeon key but game still say i do not have it - huge game progress not knowing that :-(

The same happend to me. Trainer window is empty even when i add that class to one of characters. All previous learned things are gone.
