Thanks for playing so thoroughly  and writing all these x I'll try and address them all for when uploads are unlocked!

I've always loved this program and I'm so thrilled to find out it's still going strong!

Damn, the aesthetics are fire! I love how well-matched the combo of 2D portrait art and cel-shaded 3D is!

I've just tweaked those platforms.

Sorry i should have been more clear on the page description this is very much not intended to be a final upload, I've been rapidly prototyping and uploading builds as I go to gather feedback :o

Ooh! Thanks! Im going to try and tidy up as much as possible in the next 22 hours!

Looks amazing!

I'll try and live up to it!!

Very cool!

Really pretty and good!

Congrats!

I'll be able to in exactly 1 day, 5 hours and 1 minute when the Game jam judging ends.

It will just be the same zipfile I put on Rapidshare, though. And Rapidshare, although I'm sure a lot of malware has been hosted on there, isn't in the business of replacing users non-malware files with viruses just to be dicks.

This rules! The fist-pump I enjoyed when I figured out "Electric Hazards"!

Plus I love the variety of deaths!

Nice!!

These are sooo dope!!

I guess this puzzles harder than zi thought. :0

Solution:

Pick up the sentient rhoomba and put it on the table

These sprites are adorable!

That sucks! Are there any more details you can give me? Were you interacting with the book at the time?

Really cute and well-presented game! I loved all the touches like sound and animations on the UI.

Plus um... the jiggling?? Gosh

Even though the subway theme is obviously tacked on to an idea you had before the jam - it's a solid idea! I love capping off a burger with a falling bun! Very satisfying!

I love the premise and the gameplay. Super cool that you got to use physics and a terrain system!

Struggling a lot to get down the hill in time though - especially since missing big-ticketfood early on prevents you from getting much later

Impeccable vibes and adorable alien lady!

It froze on my after she hit the first weight stage but I was enjoying da zooming and the numbers going upping!

This is really nice! My feature wishlist would be sound effects, seperate colors for 'air' and 'food' on the fullness bar and an upgrade for CHOMP SIZE.
Using Godot's ability to detect individual pixels for an eating mechanic was really smart!

It's only so very, very recently that game engines having easy HTML5 support was even a thing so it feels weird as an old timey old-head to see it spoken of as something vital.
I think not everything *works* in a browser. Like... experience-wise.

Just really really delightful and engaging! And the art's gorgeous! Influencer my BELOVED!

Terrible at this game but GOOOSHHH the girl is really cute!

Well damn - Witches Won't Widen would have been a strongh contender on it's own but this OTHER game you've got wrapped around it is adorable too. I can't earn a single penny to keep Ellie happy but I really enjoyed trying :'0

Last year for the Quimbly Bloated Belly Jam I drew some folks characters in the style of sprites from my entry, thought it might be a fun thing to make a tradition. So far I've got Barb, Bella Nova, Flight Guy Flightman and Ellie.

EVVBODY DRAW YOUR FAVES AND POST THEM HERE!!!

I know this is just a teaser but daaamn Bea, I feel like it's already my favourite thing you've ever done! The animations, the art, the systems, the feel, the inventiveness, the **PRESENTATION**!! It just really scratches all the good itches!

I'd really like this feature - the window just after a jam closes is a really good opportunity for people to discover your game and it's a little eye-twitchy knowing the non-judging public are downloading an inferior version and not the better one you've got loaded in the barrel. You only get one first impression and all that :v

Really enjoying this! The characters are well defined and I like the slow-ish pace of Barb's gain!

Took me a couple of runs to get to grips with it but highly fun and cute! 'The button' appears to be visible if you play on desktop but not mobile :o

Make me????

Same :'0

Hey-o! I miss having the constant discord discussion that GainJam had - how's eveyone's progress going? How many of the 93 of us are feeling confident about getting something over the line?

Mine's going okay - I've done my usual thing of leaving all the writing until late so hoOooooo gonna be a typo-fest.

Loving this thread. I hit on an idea pretty early and started running at it full pelt but my First Thought Worst Thought was to SOMEHOW try and adapt this improvised song from "Off Book" episode 240 https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/754318649136775199/1401182474847129680/OF...

Not sure what I thought the gameplay would be? A point and click adventure about stealing pie from people's breakrooms?? Maybe??

Cute work! I love the enemies animations!

Daaaamn, these rule! I think if you made little looping anims for them they'd do numbers on Youtube!
