At first, while trying to figure out what the black dot was, I thought it was a mistake, then I thought it was text, and finally...

I understand, thank you.

Thank you for playing, we're happy you liked it.

However, the game was interesting,

I would love to play it.

See you at the next game development event!

Recording the chants with Deflect was really fun.
If we managed to convey that sincerity and entertain you,
that's enough for us.

Actually, we strive to progress by creating games that are as original
as possible and by learning new things throughout the game development process.
We've learned new things, and we hope we've been able to convey that originality
and the enjoyment of the game to you as well.

After that, I couldn't progress in the game. I clicked on everything, but it didn't work; I couldn't move forward.

First of all, right when the game starts, the shivering animation of the character really caught my eye. I absolutely loved the transformation sequence after nightfall and the eating animation—great job on those!

It also fits the jam limitation perfectly. I really, really enjoyed the overall animation work.

As a minor suggestion, having some control instructions and a little bit of lore/story context would have been a nice touch

Before talking about the game itself, I completely agree with Andres Lot regarding the 'RichTextLabel'. Greetings from a fellow Godot dev! :)

I generally loved the simplicity of the UI, the spot-on animations, and the overall use of text.

However, at the end screen, while I was trying to scroll up and down on the right side, the game suddenly restarted. It reset before I could even read what I had become, so I had to play it all over again. Also, I would have expected some parts/choices to be a bit more interconnected with each other.

I really liked the idea and enjoyed playing the game.

First of all, thank you for playing our game. I plan to improve the game in the future, and your comments and criticisms are very valuable to us.

I'm really glad you had fun playing the game! That means a lot to us. You're actually right about the cactuses; we just ran out of time to work on them. Thanks for playing!

First of all, thank you for playing! Yes, I found it a bit frustrating too, but I decided to leave it this way—partly because it fits the game's concept, and partly because I was afraid of completely breaking the game if I tried to fix it. I really liked your suggestion, by the way. Since it's a different world and a different universe, why shouldn't pressing the 'E' key trigger a different gravity, right? As long as it gives the feeling of being in a different biome... Thanks again for the idea, the feedback, and for playing the game!

I didn't quite understand what you meant, but thank you for your comment.

Thank you! I'm keeping at it and I plan to continue doing so. Right now, I'm here at Mini Jame Gam #52. Maybe our paths will cross, you never know :)

First and foremost, thank you for playing our game! This is the first game I've ever developed and my first time receiving feedback, so I truly appreciate it.

We had many more ideas for the art and the code, but unfortunately, we ran out of time (which also explains the bugs you noticed!). We are planning to pay closer attention to these aspects in future Game Jams to release even better games.
