Still one of my all time fave incremental games <3
And no other game i know does win95 theme work as good as this one - i'm kinda tired of most/all "retro windows" games just doing XP Luna theme :|

Worth replaying once in a while <3

SICK

It's smart, or half-insane - either way it's good, and i'll have to reread it later <3

Love it a lot! Makes me imagine a smoke-filled room of people sitting around a table, dissecting a few verses as if they were a blind council discussing the meaning of colors c:
It's great!

Super clever and intimate. Love it!

Thanks!! <3

It looks pretty, it's engaging, and the music fits so well!
Really liked that - except for a light jumpscare from how loud the music got starting from the car scene--!

It's good, but so rel ;_;
But on a lighter note - "(play the conk sound here)" is now in my top ten fave SFX c:

Monstrous! The atmosphere so thick, throbbing, and hungry >:3

Really well done! It's short, but hits really hard.

Definitive proof that videogame realism reached its peak in 2025

Love the wordplay :3
That pigeon one was extra funny when it clicked :v

I tried my best not to touch engine code while making my game, but - it was possible to add a new choice with the same id. So i just added a check for that so i can modify existing choices instead of breaking the list c:

Note for v1.2b:
Currently it seems that the REMOVE command removes a choice by id, not by text.
So both readme and the example story.txt are just misleading, while removing a choice is still possible by writing it as "REMOVE:2" instead of "Remove:[Yeah]" ( which, by the way, feels more right than doing it by text c: )

Correction: It actually fixed that bit of moisture in my headphones. They work better now, and i'm sure it was because of 64 blue lightning jewels blasted through them at once, several times, wtf o.O

I have made a mistake of playing while wearing bluetooth headphones D:
Thought it'd add to the experience, but all i got was hearing loss.

Such a good idea and execution, i love it!

nice

Instructions very clear; Duck Stuck

I learned about it through your recommendation. Thanks a lot! <3

(1 edit)

Bought it, played through to the end, it was 100% worth it! And sprites look great (except for goblins, i can't look at 'em).

Wiped my save and tried no-reflex run (literally only upgrading stats via shop or relics, trying to see how far i can get without LV training). And it seems vitality is kinda bugged there? Mo Oni is at 120 VIT and it seems that hit points never increased (38 damage reduces the health bar nearly entirely, and >60 dmg hits are insta-kills).

Kind of a shame, because i hoped for at least a tiny bit of replayability there with self-imposed challenges :(

Edit: Ah, at least there's a workaround. Equipping and unequipping DEX shift charm updates max hp.

Damn, i love it!

Though i'm seriously unlucky with random softlocks.

The flirting dream always freezes for me if i flirt with any demon except the final one (so i had to restart from checkpoint a few times).

And on the ending 4, after doing boot sequence, first dream opened a blank window in the foreground and everything became unresponsive :/

Is there any way to retry ending 4 easily in this case, or do i have to go through all variants again?

Can't wait for the sequel - choke berdly.
