Are you referring to the text-to-speech/self-voicing feature? If so, could you tell me which platform you're playing on (Windows, Android, Web, etc.) You can disable it by clicking the v or alt + v (If this is on the computer)

If you loaded an old save file, that might be the problem, as there was a change in the english translation.

Yes! That's normal, windows showed this because the game doesn't have a digital signature. Trying to run it from a zip folder increases the chances of this warning appearing.
