Great game. Love how big the belly gets (and bigger is never enough i say lol. Should get waaay bigger :x)

Only nitpick i have is the low breast size on the player character, but its just a nitpick. Would be cool with another set of images showing her increasing milk capacity lol but thats alot of work.

Sounds good, milking games is too rare and would be welcome. Perhaps one where it causes her to lactate more and more and that increases her breast size aswell to accomodate all the milk.

Not sure, but it tends to unlock at a certain weight stage where you get the option to do an activity involving "Tiffany".  

I'm stuck on lilly, i got past her needing pants aswell as giving her medicine.
She's now in jamies office begging for help to find "something". I think it's the icecream part but i can't for the life of me find the dang thing even when visiting the ice cream cart in the park and i've looked everywhere for a solution.

Is it something that can be gained only at a specific point of the story or something?

Nice game, it might need a walkthrough\guide tho :P
