I'm stuck on lilly, i got past her needing pants aswell as giving her medicine.
She's now in jamies office begging for help to find "something". I think it's the icecream part but i can't for the life of me find the dang thing even when visiting the ice cream cart in the park and i've looked everywhere for a solution.
Is it something that can be gained only at a specific point of the story or something?
