macbook ports of games are rare these days, so unless the dev thinks its worthwhile, you can still try using a linux (or windows) emulator to run the respective platform version.

its a predzyme bottle you can find just lying around in the backyard of one of the houses on the far right side of the map. as far as i can tell theres no other pills in the game.

parallels is a rather expensive subscription service to only be using for this game. though since windows on ARM is being worked on (as of typing this) you should be able to eventually install via boot camp or jailbreak

are there plans to add framerate limits? currently, the game runs at the max GPU usage.
also, you can move faster by spamming jump, which is pretty cool.
