itch.io

Looks like I haven't played since version 1.0.5   and now I downloaded 1.0.7.  Is there a great deal of difference to really dig through a new run of the game or is it more smaller quality of life updates?    And if it's okay to drop this question here too, how are future releases for new chapters or updates looking at this time?  

Is this Itch version more updated than the one steam had? I have the steam one purchased but has there been updates since that only you can get on Itch? Is it significant enough to want to get the itch version?
