This is the best game!!! This needs to be a mobile game or a full steam game! Simple concept, simple game play and mechanics. It really just needs more levels!

I played it for about 20 minutes. I like it a lot, but like you said, there is not a lot to the game with deeper progression. It feels like it could be cool if it became a tower defense where you make a wall on the left and right and setup an auto-rake stabber or gun. Merging plants to make hybrids that pay more, enemy progression etc. Good job on this in general!
