After you evolve mouladin into remouladin, when you click talk he still says the same things as before and identifies himself as mouladin

maybe unlock the creatures separate from the sword

build a magical village level two and then build the tower of light upgrade it as much as possible and then upgrade stone circle

Delete the Blossom Hippies center and rebuild it (May reset your progress on the missions; I don't remember). Wait for the protected forest to be full grown. Worked for me.

What does the book thing you get when you level up do?

add a upgrade that unlocks a chance to spawn the ghost of a creature that will fight for you each time you slay one and a shop where you can buy in game items with in game money and bonuses in chests for when you level up
