"Maybe you finished a different floor in the Spire of Courage?"
Looks like I accidentally skipped the easy dungeon. I assumed that the first section you go through WAS the first floor and jumped straight to the medium dungeon when I initially did the tower awhile back in my game. Thanks for leading me in the right direction.
For the Black Twin Towers of Honor quest the requirements state "
A dialog with General Günther about these towers becomes available when you use the teleport orb after you recruited all party members and finished the first floor of the Spire of Courage."
I have had both of these completed for awhile yet Gunther has not given this quest and I can't figure out why? I have tried redoing the floors of the Spire of Courage in case I originally did it with not the full party(but I am pretty sure I did the first time) and I even went into items-->special and used the teleportation orb from there just in case using fast travel wasn't triggering it.
If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
