I have noticed an absolutely insane influx of games that have malware in them. Specifically in the Adult section, any time I open it and scroll thru "New & Popular" there's at least 2-3 "games" that have malware (Trojans specifically) on them in the first 20-30 games that are on the top of the list. Ofc I was dumb enough to fall for it and now I'm fighting the concequences for 3 days straight. Is there no checks to post a game? Are the files not checked even automatically?

I have never seen this in my 2-3 years of using itch.io. If this post can help at least one person then please don't download "games" that are about 250mb for windows and linux and the like 430 bytes for apple.

Waiting for the chapter 1 drop has made me (and probably many more fans) grow as people. In a world full of short ADHD filled content like Instagram reels, YouTube shorts and TikTok waiting a couple of years for a masterpiece seems impossible but here we are waiting and cheering you on. Side note: I wonder if I'll finish my degree before the chapter 1 comes out🤔

All of the games under adult, erotic and some other tags are shadow banned meaning you can't look for them on the main page. Also some games have been completely deleted that included incest. My advice would be to just wait until we get more info on the situation before purchasing any game from itch.io.

I've noticed that the fly event is waaaaayyyyy more harder now, on android I basically can't hit the fly and it ruins the whole night, did you perhaps decrease it's hitbox?
