I’ve already contacted support via email regarding this issue (ticket #362680), but I’m posting here for visibility.
My game has been live on itch.io for 14 days and is still not indexed. I reviewed and followed the guidelines:

As far as I can tell, the project complies with the requirements, but it doesn’t appear in search or browsing.
