I liked the direction the puzzles were going, but it ended as soon as they were getting good! I think this game would've been better if there was less emphasis on the narrative and more on the actual game mechanics, because the narrative didn't really make sense to me nor did it really matter for the gameplay. If this game didn't have all the dialogue at the start but instead had twice as many puzzles, I would've enjoyed it a lot more. Also, the controls definitely should've been shown in the game, because I didn't know what to do and I would've never thought to press Q to travel through time had I not looked at the game's page.

Combat feels great; everything's well telegraphed and has a nice weight to it. My one criticism is the banana feels a bit half-baked in its implementation, since you can just pick them up as you go and it doesn't have much impact on the gameplay. Maybe instead you'd have to stand still for a second to eat a banana so that way you have to switch from chasing the enemies down to running from them to find a safe spot. Had fun with this one!
Loved the gameplay loop. I started it thinking "Oh my god I'm so slow, how am I ever getting a million bananas" and then before I knew it I had a million bananas. I don't know if the time freezing after exiting the shop was intentional but I don't think it entirely trivialized the game since you at least needed to make enough to buy SOMETHING in 30 seconds, so I think it worked. Sick game!
