This game so far is the one that did the best job at a literal countdown, really stressed me out with the music and the money ticking down. Good job!
Love the thumbnail shark and the name. :)
The cards were a little bit hard to read at times, definitely would prefer a cleaner font for the cards so you can tell them apart at a glance.
Liked the idea, really good job on the sound effects. :)
Having to wait at the checkpoint was really confusing at first, I tried jumping of the large gap and only found out what to do after waiting around and reading the instructions again to see if I overlooked something.
The wall jumping feels a little bit clunky to me, would be nice to have a bigger upwards move and more air control after a wall jump so I can stick back to the wall faster.
Cool idea and a good take on the theme. Definitely agree with the assessment below that it would be great to see an indicator on which enemies want to move where.
Also, the input is too sticky for my taste. It's pretty much impossible to decide you don't want to move after all once you pressed the button already. Would be cool if I could hold down the move button and it gets read when the move happens but if I decide to release it early before the next move I should keep standing instead.
I died quite a few times because my little guy went in a different direction than the one I wanted.
Love the idea! Some notes I took during testing:
- Some music and sound effects (even from a music library) would go a long way
- Shift for down is unfortunate considering it is mostly used for faster or up in other games
- Enter is not a great key for start because you need to take your hand off the mouse
- Movement feels quite floaty because of the slow acceleration and the tilting
- Wall jump feels pretty good!
- Love the ragdolling after hitting the goal
- Maybe add rotation and scaling to the editor with different costs for operations?
Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to add a proper explanation to the game itself. Sorry!
The red numbers are the amount of cards you can play before an enemy attacks the spot that's marked.
If there's a 1 on the ground and you use a card to move onto it, you will be attacked on that spot.
Hope that explains it!
I beat the game! Glitched through the wall by letting the snail on top blast me through the wall.
Really awesome game, did you do the music yourself? Absolute bangers. Art is really nice and I liked the gameplay.
Two small issues:
- The area where collision is detected between the dragonflies and the player is too large, it sometimes turns around when standing on them or when it approaches a ledge.
- The timers between the attempts don't save on every level for some reason.
Didn't run under CachyOS unfortunately (as mentioned).

Really great idea, I would play a full version of this!
In Level 6 it says "All Numbers must add up 9" which confused me for a moment if "add up to 9" was really what was meant.
As mentioned below, I also don't think you needed the platformer passage to stay entertaining. I would have played a few more levels with the normal rules.
Overall great idea and really fits the theme. I really liked the Story cutscene! :)
