Haha, yes, I used that strategy when playtesting sometimes and that leitmotif appears a lot in Deltarune and is commonly known as "the freedom motif", thank you for noticing. I know about mixels but I just like how they look, I know most people don't but maybe some day I would try, thank you still for trying to help.
Great original art style, I can't imagine how long did it take you to make just the graphics, but I still think you should have added a background instead of the default godot background. The gameplay was fun at first but since the fourth fight it get a little bit repetitive and boring, maybe if the third size had an special kind of bullet or something that made their fight more unique I would even replay it multiple times
Loved the game, the design is awesome and I had a great time making my own strategies. The only thing I think it lacks is the "level design", when the three knights come at the same time is a bit of a difficulty spike but everything else is great and I specially love the fact that you added lore even though this game doesn't need it
It is a bit hard to understand, I played like 5 runs and got 3 endings, one of which I think is the "good ending" but I didn't understand why did I get it, maybe is because of the sounds clues, if you upload a version with sound effects I will definitely play it. The main mechanic was actually pretty fun and I didn't get bored during any run and I think I didn't find any big errors.
It is a fun game and I had a good time playing it but it gets pretty repetitive very soon and as a little idea I think the game could have had and ending when you got all the upgrades and maybe the demon could say something like "I didn't even have the opportunity to start" (sorry if my English isn't very good)
