I don't think I'd have an issue with someone making a translation, but to be honest, I'm not sure if the I've saved this project in a way where it would be easy to hand off (in terms of assets, layout, fonts, etc). 

It might be a bit of a challenge unless you're looking at just a text translation.

Hey, thanks for messaging! The "Investigators" crew is just the default circle type from the core Candela Obscura book (page 41).

Due to how they've worded their Community Gaming License, I'm not able to create a circle sheet for them (but the one on the Candela Obscura Darrington Press site should work just fine for them). 

So I think I'm ripping up the video game Citizen Sleeper and using that juicy Blades-like mechanic as a way of doing something like a city crawl (like a dungeon crawl but for urban areas). 

No idea if the pieces will fit properly together or not, though.

A little late to the party, but I'm working on a hack that introduces a shadowy rival faction called "The Congregation", which is more concerned with purging paranormal activity than trying to contain and study it with a bit of a religious bent. 

It will introduce a few new paranormal powers and rewrite departments. It can be run independently, or slotted in as complications for existing ECB missions.

Lots of scope, but I do plan to publish something, now that the deadline's been extended.
