I think it's a bug. It shouldn't occur unless you don't have enough money. Could you give the game a rating? I would appreciate it very much as I don't have any feedback!
I have 2 games, one is a life simulator in which you can study go to the gym, get a job, etc and another is a story driven footballer simulator. Hope you will like it!
