The adventure is just great! I ran it four times already, and it always delivers. It's great to see how the players start working together, but then near the end when everything begins to get really desperate they start stabbing at each others' backs and try to run for their lives :D

I even had one group who could have managed managed to save the Rimor and survive: one of the PCs succeeded in closing the holes in the tank with the foam gun at the very final moments, but a couple of PCs, believing they were going to die, got on the pod leaving two grenades behind to stop the infection... and carrying with them the Uloch on the infested pod!

That's not necessarily true. I use fillable pdfs to print pregens in bulk for conventions.

But in this case my phrase "printed as a fillable pdf" is referring to the fact that to download the character sheet you need to use the "print" function with the option "save as pdf".

And unfortunately doing this does not create fillable fields in the pdf.

Thank you for the appreciation, and I'm sorry you're disappointed, but yeah it's not supposed to be printed as a fillable pdf, it's supposed to be used online.

Maybe on the internet you can find some tool or addon that helps you do that from the Google Sheets file, or you can just create a fillable pdf using some tool (there are plenty).

If you prefer, though, I can refund you with no problem.

Hey! Can this be used to play a full campaign in the Blades in the Dark style without actually upgrading to BitD?

Me and my group are playing the full game online but for a variety of reasons (like session time) we are not enjoying it.

A stripped down BitF version as this seems may help a lot!

Si tratta di un mio errore di traduzione, poiché in realtà sulle statue nel presbiterio non c'è nessun nome: il trucco è confrontare la posizione dei nomi sulla falce con quelli delle statue nel presbiterio.

La frase corretta sarebbe "La sua statua puo’ essere identificata facendo combaciare i nomi sulla falce a mezzaluna della statua gigante con le statue sul ripiano a mezzaluna del presbiterio."

Nella community della Permafrost Jam ho scritto un lungo commento su quanto è stato fatto che completa questo devlog.

La Permafrost è stata un'occasione per me e Mattia Davolio per spingerci a riprendere in mano Terrori & Trattori, il nostro supplemento per Troika! e Kasta!

T&T era stato pubblicato per la TroikaFest! Jam come versione in accesso anticipato a prezzo ridotto, già utilizzabile al 100% ma incompleta secondo la nostra visione, per poi finire il progetto in seguito. Il supplemento verrà nella sua versione definitiva impaginato da Helios Pu con illustrazioni di Piero Trabanelli (un assaggio di queste è disponibile nel precedente devlog) e verrà distribuito sia in pdf che in versione cartacea (tramite Print-On-Demand o, se il fato vuole, tramite un qualche editore interessato).

Durante la Permafrost abbiamo finalmente scelto e scritto tutte le Origini (le classi) che appariranno nella versione finale di T&T, così come varie Entità (i mostri) in più.

Tra le Origini manca giusto la descrizione dell'Appalestrato, e in generale l'editing finale di tutto quanto abbiamo aggiunto.

In totale durante la Permafrost sono state scritte 3 Origini (sulle 6 che appariranno nella versione finale di Terrori & Trattori) e ben 6 Entità (su 9 aggiuntive scritte finora, ma ce ne saranno altre).

Inoltre mi sono occupato di fare un po' di editing di Terrori & Trattori, soprattutto accorciando le descrizioni di Origini ed Entità per allinearle al numero di battute presenti in media nel manuale di Troika! in italiano (secondo il calcolo fatto dal buon Daniele Di Rubbo).

Per finire la Permafrost abbiamo pubblicato per chi ha già acquistato la versione in accesso anticipato un documento di anteprima con tutte le Origini e le Entità aggiuntive allo stato dell'arte e pubblicato un devlog scritto in stile "in universe" (si dice così?) ovvero come se questo file fosse un documento classificato trafugato da un'entità paragovernativa del mondo di gioco.

Il devlog contiene inoltre un'Origine (l'Indagatore del Mystero) e un'Entità (il Fischiettante) dal documento stesso leggibile a chiunque.

L'idea da qui in poi è finire di scrivere l'Origine dell'Appalestrato, scrivere le Entità mancanti e idealmente aggiungere delle tabelle casuali e se va tutto bene un'avventurina introduttiva. Manca ancora un po' di lavoro, ma piano piano si fa tutto.

Il problema è il solito: troppi progetti ma sempre troppo poco tempo di vita reale. La Permafrost è stata un'ottima occasione insomma e vorrei partecipare alla prossima, magari con qualcos'altro di diverso.

Con Mattia volevamo scongelare un po' il nostro Terrori & Trattori, un supplemento per Troika! che avevamo creato per la TroikaFest! 2021

La versione pubblicata è in accesso anticipato, assolutamente utilizzabile così com'è ma volevamo ampliarla e portarla a compimento (con impaginazione di Helios Pu e illustrazioni di Piero Trabanelli) ma prima è da completare il testo. Sicuramente non lo finiremo in questa permafrost, ma è una scusa per rimettere come si deve mano al progetto.

In generale dobbiamo finire di scrivere un'Origine (l'Appalestrato), vorremmo scrivere dei nemici in più e magari fare qualche tabella casuale.
Io avevo scritto inoltre un'abbozzo di avventurina, sarebbe figo averne una da mettere sul manuale come esempio, o anche solo degli spunti o delle situazioni iniziali.
Infine ovviamente l'essenziale editing, ma questo si farà quando avremmo finito di scrivere il testo.

Per la Permafrost speravo di finire l'Origine e scrivere almeno dei nemici in più, e poi una volta preso il ritmo continuare oltre la fine della jam.

Alla fine sì, c'è un tool chiamato TunesToTube che mi fa il lavoro sporco in quasi zero tempo (unico limite, con la versione gratuita il file audio non può essere più grande di 50mb ma ce la si fa lo stesso in qualche modo).

A questo punto ne ho approfittato tanto ci vuole pochissimo, e come dici te è un modo aggiuntivo per farmi conoscere o comunque per permettere alle persone di seguirmi.

Le altre playlist è da tanto che le curavo ma ammetto che non mi ero mai dato un gran daffare per pubblicizzarle. Magari adesso si beccano un po' più di amore 😁
