A lot of fun! I really love the mechanic of continuing the game through your heir. It adds replay-ability without being too repetitive and keeps things moving forward. I would love to see it fleshed out just a bit more with a voluntary attack control, and a UI that is a bit more readable. Great work otherwise, very nicely done.

I like this a lot - The progression of fuel level dropping and air traffic getting busier is challenging and exciting. That interacting with the shield mechanic is clever and an interesting way to add choice and consequence, I really enjoyed it. The game is very addicting in that chasing a high-score is tempting! My only critique would be that the background visuals can sometimes be distracting or feel a bit intrusive, could just use a bit more contrast between background and foreground. Would love to see this fleshed out into something with multiple levels!
Really great concept - I liked the style, interactions between board mechanics, and I love the personality infused into the descriptions of the soldiers. The controls on Web are a little wonky with the selection changing with any click. I'm very much looking forward to trying the Windows build. I could see this being expanded to something amazingly satisfying with a smoother control scheme, maybe even for a gamepad. Very nicely done.
I liked this! I think it would be a really satisfying game on mobile/touch screen, especially the ability to throw the enemies would feel great on a touch screen. The presentation is crisp and unique, if you were to expand it more enemy types would be good. My only other feedback would be to have kills and tower damage displayed while playing, if someone is chasing a high sore that is useful. Nice job!
Hello everyone! I'm brand new to jams, but narrative media music has been my specialty for a while, and story-driven music is something I feel really comfortable with.
I've scored several film projects that have a heavy narrative/emotional focus, and am working on a few game music packs at the moment with an emphasis on adventure/RPG and emotionally-driven sounds. My website (and my Soundcloud which is linked on the site) has some examples of my work, but I'm also happy to send over other demos if it helps decide if I would be a good fit:

Good luck to all, and have fun! I'll be following even if I don't end up joining the jam as a team member.
