There is nothing to fix. Just get into the room where the babies are and the step will be completed ;)

In Chapter 3 Scene 2 - you have to both turn on lights and find babies in order to validate the step. Everything works fine (check screenshot)

Hello, on a PC you could play with a mouse (click on the right section of the screen to control the camera) and keyboard (arrows) to move in all directions (or click on the left section of the screen with your mouse to show a gamepad and move in all directions)
