In Chapter 3 Scene 2 - you have to both turn on lights and find babies in order to validate the step. Everything works fine (check screenshot)

There is nothing to fix. Just get into the room where the babies are and the step will be completed ;)
i think its about the lights right ? ... turn them off in the room itself and not the one next to the front door :)
