Hey Lorena,
Thanks for reaching out, I really like your style! I’d love to connect and chat more.
Do you use Discord? Or is there another way you prefer to keep in touch?
Cheers,
Tommaso
Hi Edouard!
Thanks so much for reaching out, your portfolio is genuinely impressive, and I’d love to have someone with your experience onboard!
That said, I want to be transparent: at the moment, I’m looking to build a small indie team based on a rev share formula, as I don’t have a budget for paid collaborations yet. I completely understand if that’s not feasible for you right now, but if you’re ever open to exploring a rev share setup, I’d be thrilled to chat further.
Thanks again and best of luck with your current projects!
Hello there,
great portfolio! I genuinely love your style, and I think it could be a strong fit for the project I’m working on.
The game has a hand-drawn/illustrated aesthetic in mind, with a world that’s best described as post-post-apocalyptic (realistic and grounded, with a focus on human characters rather than creatures or aliens). I have some references and UI/UX screen ready that should help set the tone visually and conceptually.
At this stage, I’m not able to offer upfront payment, but I’m proposing a revenue share model. My goal is to make this game a collaborative effort, where everyone involved feels real ownership.
If this sounds interesting to you, I’d love to set up a quick call to chat further! Feel free to reach out at tommasodifilippo90@gmail.com, and we can find a time that works.
All the best!
Tommaso
Hi! I'm Tommaso, an Italian designer based in London, currently working as a university lecturer in Creative Technologies.
My background spans game design, narrative design, UX/UI, graphic and motion design, and outside of that, I’m also a passionate musician with a few albums and EPs released.
I'm forming a small indie dev team and looking for a 2D artist and a developer to collaborate on a deck-building / narrative game with some original mechanics. There’s a working prototype ready (I’d be happy to walk you through it in a quick Zoom call if you're curious).
In the future, I’ve got other prototypes and ideas lined up, but I’m also open to new collaborations, game jams, and co-creating something from scratch together.
I always hate saying this kind of thing, but I’m really looking for someone who’s genuinely keen and has enough time to commit; this is my part-time job, not just a side project for fun and while I'm not expecting you to commit as much as I do, I’m hoping to find someone who’s reliable, motivated, and truly interested in seeing the project through!
If this sounds like your kind of thing feel free to reach out, here or on Discord ( @djoverdraft ).
CIAO :)
