Hello,I’m writing to follow up on my previously submitted support request (Case ID: 353514).

I uploaded an asset pack 32 days ago, but it is still not indexed and does not appear in search results or in the Game Assets feed. I have carefully reviewed the documentation and guidelines to ensure that all required steps were properly completed.

 I reached out to support 25 days ago through e-mail but have not yet received a response.

This is a very simple asset pack consisting of icon assets with a single PNG file, so it should be relatively quick to review and verify.

Hello, I have uploaded an asset pack 13 days ago and it is still not indexed. It does not show up in search results or Game Assets feed.

I have read the docs and rules, and made sure that I have completed all the necessary steps.

I have also e-mailed the support 10 days ago and yet to receive any response. My request/case ID is 353514.
